Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment with one of our providers, you may email or call our office, or visit the Contact page and complete the email form at the top of the page. The quickest way to reach us is by email. Staff@sattvahealthcare.com
New Patient Appointment
Please email us to schedule a new patient appointment. We will send the new patient forms once the appointment is scheduled. New patient appointments for children vary in cost based on your child’s age and specific needs.
Payment Options
We accept card, cash or check payment.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance. But we do give you a super bill to submit to your insurance. Only certain insurance plans cover appointments and diagnostic tests we offer. We do not want to be limited in how we treat our patients, and we want to make sure that the patient is the priority, not the insurance coverage. It is for these reasons that we do not accept insurance. On a positive note more PPO plans are covering part or most of the visit
All payments must be made by card, cash or check. We will give you a copy of the statement (superbill) for the visit which includes ICD-10 code(s) through which your insurance may reimburse you.
Prescription Refill Requests
Please have your pharmacy or desired pick up location fax a request to our fax: (805)845-4687.
Rescheduling an Appointment
Please give 48 hours’ notice before canceling/rescheduling an appointment. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be charged if we are unable to fill your appointment spot.
Vitamins and Supplements

Appointment and Payment Plans
We offer patient packages with predetermined appointment schedules and pricing. The Sattva Family team takes the commitment to you and your family seriously. Over the years we have seen that patients and families with regular and structured care typically have the best outcome and experience.
Packages can be customized based on a child’s age and needs. Packages are also offered for our adult patients. Please email us for more information.
